Conditioning uses specialised routines to help you lose weight by burning fat while increasing strength, muscle tone, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Each class will be different and use different techniques. It combines the best techniques from sport specific strength training, cardio, and bodyweight exercises to get you in to shape fast! You don't have to be a fighter to train like one!
Muay Thai / Kick Boxing is a martial art from Thailand. It\'s renowned for its overall simplicity and practicality: powerful roundhouse kicks, elbow strikes, knee thrusts and basic boxing-style punches. Although muay Thai is primarily practiced as a ring sport—mostly by teenage boys in Thailand—it has numerous self-defense applications. The sport version has been popular in Thailand for decades, and it has spread to Japan, the United States and Europe.
BJJ is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend himself against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique. The Gracie family, the founders of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, modified judo and traditional Japanese jujutsu to create the art. It contains stand-up maneuvers, but it is most famous for its devastating ground-fighting techniques. Gaining superior positioning so one can apply the style\'s numerous chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations on an opponent is the key in Brazlian jiu-jitsu.
Open Roll class is where members of different skill levels work together in pairs to enhance the training experience.
KidFit is a kids fitness class focusing on FUN, conditioning, balance, agility and safety.
YouthFit is a youth fitness class that uses mixed martial arts to teach and train discipline, strength, conditioning, balance, agility and safety.

Open Mat Ring of Fire MMA members can work out on the mats any time there is not a class or private workouts scheduled.
